Once your refund, exchange, or store credit has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes to your return. However, if your return has not yet been posted or processed and you need to make amendments, please contact our Customer Support Team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Important Information for Amendments:

• For any changes to your return request, you must use the NEW return label provided.
• Using the old return label may cause the amendment request to be invalid.
