Certain items are classified as final sale and are non-returnable for health, safety, or other reasons. Please review the list of non-returnable items below before making your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

   • These items are final sale due to hygienic safety and are non-returnable unless they are deemed to have a manufacturing fault.

2. Gift Cards

   • All sales of gift cards are final and cannot be returned.

3. Washed, Worn, or Unstained Items

   • Items that have been washed, worn, or returned without clothing tags are not eligible for return.

4. Items Damaged through Wear and Tear

   • Any item damaged through wear and tear, external causes, or other damage not due to a manufacturing fault cannot be returned.

5. Outlet, Clearance, and Mystery Box Purchases

   • Purchases from outlet sales, Buy 1 Take 1 deals, clearance sales, or mystery box items are considered final sale.
   • Items purchased with a 70%, 80% discount or more are also non-returnable.
