How do I return a damaged item?Updated 6 months ago

At Freddy, we take great care when picking and packaging your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready for you to enjoy. If you find a fault in your order, please notify us by filling out our online form within 48 hours of delivery.

What is Classified as a Faulty Item?

  • Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period from the purchase date.
  • Any alteration or repair done to the product may void any warranty, if applicable.

Options for Faulty Items:

If the fault is determined to be our responsibility, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement (if stock is available)
  • Gift Card (if stock is unavailable)
  • Full refund to your original payment method

We will also provide a paid return label for you to send the item back.

Normal Wear and Tear:

Please note that items are not considered faulty if the damage is due to normal wear and tear.
