If you have purchased an item on sale, at a discount, or with a discount code, please review our return policy below:

Return Policy by Discount Level:

- 5 to 30% off sale or discount - may be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.

- 40-50% off sale or discount - may be returned for an exchange or store credit. Return label/ handling fee per item will apply

- 60-70% items are considered final sale and are non-returnable

- Outlet sale, Clearance Sale items are considered final sale and are non-returnable

Bundle or Set Items:

• If your purchase was part of a bundle or set, Freddy may require the return of both the top and bottom for products sold as a set.
