We want to ensure that all our customers receive items in perfect condition. To process your return, please make sure your Freddy item meets the following conditions:
Item Condition
- Items must be in 100% brand new condition, with original tags attached.
- The item must not have been washed, worn, stained, or damaged in any way.
- For suits and blazers, please return the hanger and plastic covering.
- For pants with belts, include the belt when returning the item.
Light-Colored Garments
- Take extra care when trying on light-colored garments. Please ensure the product is returned in perfect condition, both inside and out.
- Light-colored items with marks or stains will not be accepted.
Return Timeframe
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Bundles or Sets
- If the item is part of a bundle or set, both the top and bottom must be returned.
Return Posting Timeframe
- Once you submit your return request, you have 7 days to post/return the item. If the item is not posted within this timeframe, the return request may be denied or canceled.
Exchanges
- If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
International Returns
- For international orders, please contact our customer service team to request a return number.
- Any return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
