When will I receive my refund, exchange or store credit?Updated 6 months ago
Once we receive your return, please allow 1 business day for us to inspect your item and process your return. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the return has been processed.
Important Notes:
Freddy is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service.
Once your refund is processed, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used for your purchase.
For exchanges, if your preferred product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
A restocking fee may be applied at our discretion if your return is accepted outside of our normal return policy.
Returns received beyond our 30-day return policy or those found to have quality issues will not be accepted and will be sent back to your address.
Please note that original shipping fees and insurance-related costs are non-refundable.
