When will I receive my refund, exchange or store credit?Updated 6 months ago

Once we receive your return, please allow 1 business day for us to inspect your item and process your return. You will receive an email confirmation from us once the return has been processed.

Important Notes:

  • Freddy is not liable for lost or stolen return packages. Please ensure you use a trackable shipping service.

  • Once your refund is processed, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment used for your purchase.

  • For exchanges, if your preferred product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

  • A restocking fee may be applied at our discretion if your return is accepted outside of our normal return policy.

  • Returns received beyond our 30-day return policy or those found to have quality issues will not be accepted and will be sent back to your address.

  • Please note that original shipping fees and insurance-related costs are non-refundable.
