Where will your process/credit my refund?Updated 6 months ago

Refunds can only be applied to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note the following guidelines:

Refund Process:

• If you paid via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.
• If you paid using a gift card or store credit, your refund will be processed back to the same gift card or store credit account.

Inactive or Replaced Credit Cards:

• If your original credit card has become inactive due to being lost, expired, or replaced by your bank, we will be unable to process the refund to that card. In such cases, we will issue a store credit for the value of your refund.
