1- If a customer asks if they need a discount code? If a customer asks if they need a discount code, inform them that discount codes are not applicable during sales. Assure them that all prices are already marked down to reflect the sale discounts.
2- If a customer asks which products are on sale? You will let them know that everything is on sale! All products on our website are part of the sale
3- If a customer asks if they can use their Freddy rewards points? You can let them know that while they can’t redeem points during a sale, Freddy Rewards members will still earn rewards when shopping with the same email. The customers can save those points for future purchases!
4- If a customer asks if they can use their store credit from returns? you can let them know that yes, they can.
5- If a customer asks if they can use other discount codes or promotions? You must let them know that no other discount codes or promotions may be used during the sale
6- If a customer says that they purchased it a day before the sale. Can we honor the discount? You need to let them know that as per the Sale terms and conditions, the promotion does not apply to orders prior or after the sale period.
7- If a customer asks if the gift cards are included in your sale? You must let them know that only physical products are on sale, gift cards are excluded from the sale
